Last week on Thursday, Antoinette and I sacrificed our hair in the pouring rain and flooding in Sioux Falls to spend the evening at AMaVo’s Fall Fashion event. For me the best part was towards the end of the night when Antoinette asked me if I had picked up my gift card yet. I had no idea what she was talking about so she had me pull up the event invite on Facebook and sure enough I was the winner of their gift card give away! That immediately went to a few more items I’d been eyeing while we were browsing. One sad lesson I did learn that night was that when new arrivals come in, you should order the things you want right away, because if you don’t you’ll never see them again! There were some things I’m pretty bummed I missed out on! I did get items that I’m awfully excited about and in love with though! One thing I really need to recommend is that if you have the chance to go and shop in the actual store versus the online one you really need to! The atmosphere of the store combine with the super friendly and helpful staff always makes it such a great shopping experience! They also have children’s clothing now so I did pick up some things for my daughter, Aubrey. If you have children too keep your eyes peeled for my post later this week with some great back-to-school outfits that Aubrey is very eager and excited to model for me for my blog AND wear to school to show her friends.
